- Brahmin Sadan complex has been constructed in 9.00 acres of Government land allotted by State Government.
- The Kalyana Mandapam cum Auditorium has been inaugurated by Hon'ble Chief Minister on 31-05-2023.
- The following buildings are existing in the Brahmin Sadan Complex

3).Seers Accommodation Block
- Lawn Area: No events will be entertained in lawn area.
Kalyana Mandapam cum Auditorium
- Ground Floor: It consists one main function hall (AC), suitably furnished, having separate Bride, Bridegroom rooms on two sides of dias. The capacity of the hall is 500 to 600. (Click here to view the Video)
- First Floor: Kitchen with cooking platform and dining hall with a capacity of 500 to 600 diners at a time. (Click here to view the Video)
- Second Floor: 3 Mini Function Halls (Non-A/C) and 8 rooms with attached toilets and ceiling fans.

- It is made ready for utilization. The guidelines for utilization of Kalyana Mandapam are as follows.
- The function hall will be given on rent for conducting ritualistic and non-ritualistic events to the persons belonging to the following categories.
► Below Poverty Line (BPL) Brahmin families.
► Above Poverty Line (APL) Brahmin families
► Non-Brahmin Families
- The function hall will not be allotted for conducting inauspicious rituals/ ceremonies
- The Brahmin Sadan premises will not be allowed to be utilised either for preparing or for serving non-vegetarian food.
- The charges for engaging the function hall by the aforementioned categories.

| Note: Payment can be made either through online or through offline mode.
If applicant chooses offline mode,payment shall be made through a system generated challan and the receipt of it shall be uploaded duly entering its details.
Thereafter booking confirmation will be done. |
- The minimum rental charge will be for 24 hours.

For one event only one application is allowed. If multiple applications are submitted for the same event it will be construed as mischief and none of them will be considered To this effect the applicant shall upload an affidavit duly swearing in that only one application had been submitted.
- The aforementioned fee is only for accommodation of function hall. As far as catering cum tent house services are concerned TBSP entered into an annual agreement with M/s Akanksha Events on monthly rent of Rs.2.00 lakhs. The applicant may utilize the said catering cum tent house services, however they will have the option of having their own catering arrangements provided they are prepared to pay the mutually acceptable royalty to the said catering agency. Electricity and water charges are levied extra as per the consumption.
- The Function Hall shall not be booked too advanced or too late. Booking can be done by the Non-Brahmin Applicants not before 3 months to the date of actual event, whereas Brahmin applicants not before 6 months to the date of actual event.
- The booking of function hall will be confirmed on first applied first basis. However for Brahmin applicants, this norm can be relaxed depending on the circumstances.
- In proof of Brahmin community the applicant/Chief co-ordinator of the event shall upload Caste certificate obtained through Mee-seva from concerned Tahsildar office.
- Similarly in proof of BPL category Income certificate obtained through Mee-seva from concerned Tahslidar office shall be uploaded. Besides Income certificate, Food Security Card (FSC) may also be uploaded.
- Withdrawal of booking is allowed, subject to fulfilling following conditions:
1. Genuine, plausible reasons shall be furnished.
2. Ten present (10%) of rental amount will be foregone if booking is withdrawn any time after booking, However, the entire rentals amount will be foregone if the booking is withdrawn within 15 days of from the date of event.
- In case of booking cancellation or refunding the security deposit Bank Account details of the applicant shall be furnished by uploading a cancelled cheque.
- The security deposit will be refunded after the event is over duly making sure of that all the items that were existing prior to allotment of function hall are intact.
- Additional charges are liable to be paid for extra hours and extra space and equipment usage and for cleaning services.Allotment duration includes time taken for cleaning the Auditorium

For the purpose of renting the auditorium the day will be counted from 6 AM and out of 24 hours 3:00 hrs of time is meant for cleaning.
- If any damages are inflicted on the equipment/infrastructure provided by the TBSP during the event period, the value of the damage will be recovered from the event conductors/applicant.
- In order to overcome the powercut situations an inverter of 4 KV- capacity has been provided, however, if the applicants desire to have a Generator, they have to pay extra charges.
- Any fire ritual like, Homam, yagnam shall be performed outside the function hall i.e, in the open place abutting the function hall
